Living-person privacy

Exercise your privacy rights without an account

You can contact GeneaProof if information about you may have been added to someone else's genealogy research, even if you have never created an account.

Account ownership is not required

A living person described in a family tree may have privacy rights of their own. We assess the real controller role and each relevant workspace separately.

Rights request

Provide only enough detail to identify you and understand the request. Do not include an identity document, password, raw DNA, payment data or a complete family-tree export.
