What the status page covers
The operational view reports the monitored GeneaProof web application and the launch-critical provider journeys that can be checked without exposing customer data. A green state is a current observation, not a promise that every device, network or third-party service is fault-free.
How incidents are communicated
Verified disruption is recorded with a clear affected scope and updated as investigation, mitigation and recovery progress. Security-sensitive details and information that could expose another workspace remain private while affected customers receive the communication required for the incident.
No public 24/7 service-level guarantee
The public status information is operational transparency, not a public SLA or a guarantee of round-the-clock staffed response. Contracted institution terms may define separate service commitments only when they have been explicitly agreed.
