Suggestions remain suggestions

GeneaProof can prioritise explainable next steps from saved evidence, review findings and research tasks. A suggestion does not become a person, relationship, source claim or preferred conclusion unless an authorised user makes and reviews that decision.

Human control and traceability

Automated checks do not silently rewrite research. Users can inspect the reason, return to the affected record, dismiss or postpone a suggestion and use the audit history to understand consequential changes.

Material automation changes require new disclosure

If GeneaProof later sends research content to an external generative-AI provider, the provider, purpose, data scope, storage, transfer, human control and plan impact must be reviewed and explained before that processing is enabled.
