GeneaProof plan options
Secure hosted checkout through Stripe. Access changes only after a verified billing event.
Plans are compared before payment
The current plan catalogue shows the billing period, price, currency, included capacity and important limits before a customer leaves GeneaProof for hosted Checkout. Institution and organisation arrangements remain separate, versioned offers rather than hidden self-service plans.
Hosted and verifiable purchase flow
A subscription is activated only after the customer confirms the order in the hosted payment page and GeneaProof verifies the signed provider event. Returning to the website or seeing a pending authorisation does not by itself create paid access.
Billing changes do not erase research
Upgrades, scheduled downgrades, cancellation, payment attention and plan expiry are handled separately from stored research. Capacity protection and export paths are shown before a change could affect the ability to add new material.
